Kenneth W. Ralsten
President & Owner
Since Ken Ralsten launched Premier Builders, Inc. in the fall of 2003, his entrepreneurial skills have guided the steady growth of the company.
Ken graduated from Clemson University in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the College of Architecture.
After graduation, Ken worked for five years as Construction Supervisor and Project Manager at Ryland Homes, which at the time was the second largest homebuilder in the nation. In 1996, along with a partner, Ken formed Evergreen Builders. He was involved in sales, estimating, project management, and client relations.
